- DON'T Rearrange Furniture: We ask that you refrain from rearranging the furniture to maintain the setup.
- DON'T Tamper with Security Cameras: Please avoid tampering with the security camera system.
- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.

This place was beautiful. We arrived at night and the neighborhood looked sketchy at first but much different the next day.
The house was cleaned and was as advertised.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals.
I also think that it was relatively close to point of interest -15-25 min
I would recommend this place. -
The house was lovely and had enough space for everyone! It looked just like the pictures. My Auntie wants to stay here again the next time we come to St. Pete. It was close to many restaurants and stores. Easy to find and in a good neighborhood.
