- DON'T Tamper with Security Cameras: Please avoid tampering with the security camera system.
- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.
- MUST Follow Trash Schedule: Please adhere to the posted trash bin schedule.

This home was very nice and comfortable and had all the needed amenities including the smaller stuff, such as furnished kitchen and multiple coffee pot options (Drip, k-cup, press). Everything worked great including the hot tub which was very clean. Appeared to be recently renovated as even the propane grill looked like it had barely been used. Overall, very comfortable for four adults and two older teens for about a week. Seemed like a quiet and safe neighborhood, and convenient location; would absolutely stay again. Zero issues or concerns.
