- DON'T Eat or Drink in Bedrooms: Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms to prevent any spills or stains.
- DON'T Rearrange Furniture: We ask that you refrain from rearranging the furniture to maintain the setup.
- DON'T Tamper with Security Cameras: Please avoid tampering with the security camera system.
- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.
- MUST Follow Trash Schedule: Please adhere to the posted trash bin schedule.
- MUST Contact Property Manager: Reach out to the Property Manager immediately if you have any concerns after check-in.
- MUST Allow Property Manager Access: The Property Manager may need access to validate cleaning or repair claims.
- MUST Show Respect: We value respect and do not tolerate rude behavior towards our hosts.

Enjoyed our stay at this location. Kids loved the snacks they kept and enjoyed the pool very much. We will rent this place again for sure.

Vivian and her team were outstanding. Always available to respond to any inquiries and make our stay enjoyable. The layout of this house was perfect for adult children or other guests to visit. Great location between Tampa, St. Pete’s Beach and Clearwater.

Overall, the location was convenient for us to visit elderly family 10 minutes away. Home was clean, well maintained, and had all the essentials. Definitely the nicest house on the street.
