- DON'T Eat or Drink in Bedrooms: Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms to prevent any spills or stains.
- DON'T Rearrange Furniture: We ask that you refrain from rearranging the furniture to maintain the setup.
- DON'T Tamper with Security Cameras: Please avoid tampering with the security camera system.
- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.
- MUST Follow Trash Schedule: Please adhere to the posted trash bin schedule.

Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, outside area is a sanctuary- peaceful and private. Only minor issue was communication on jacuzzi, but the owner was responsive. Great location!

Beautiful home with lots of space for our family of 6. We enjoyed the back deck area and the pool was beautifully maintained and well lit in the evenings and at night. Neighbors were quite and the neighborhood was safe. We liked that the home is on a dead end street/cul-de-sac.

We had an amazing time staying here. Everything felt brand new and the house was free of clutter. Check in and check out were extremely simple. The host was very responsive and helpful. The pool area was the best part. The backyard is so peaceful and relaxing. There are a ton of restaurants and stores near by. Centrally located to any major attraction. Loved it here!
