- DON'T Eat or Drink in Bedrooms: Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms to prevent any spills or stains.
- DON'T Rearrange Furniture: We ask that you refrain from rearranging the furniture to maintain the setup.
- DON'T Tamper with Security Cameras: Please avoid tampering with the security camera system.
- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.
- MUST Follow Trash Schedule: Please adhere to the posted trash bin schedule.
- MUST Contact Property Manager: Reach out to the Property Manager immediately if you have any concerns after check-in.
- MUST Allow Property Manager Access: The Property Manager may need access to validate cleaning or repair claims.

The house was gorgeous, spacious & accommodated my family very well. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Mrs. Vivian was very easy to talk to and she responded in a timely manner to any questions I had. Overall it’s a great rental property❣️

Terrific location for our professional retreat! Wonderful Lanai and pool! New fridge in the kitchen. Great front sitting room where we all loved to meet! Really appreciated having access to the garage as well! In the Florida heat, it was a huge plus for a load in and load out! The open space was so relaxing and conducive to just chilling and getting our planning done! The hosts were incredibly responsive and immediately assisted us when we had questions about how to turn the pool waterfall on. The outdoor kitchen is amazing, so just all great things to say about this place!

My family of 8 and I were traveling to Clearwater to celebrate my Grandmother’s 90th birthday. 5 generations of my family gathered during our stay. This home was six minutes from her home. It was immaculate, beautiful, and very comfortable.
On the second day one of the ac units was not functioning properly. After messaging the host someone was there to fix it not even 3 hrs later.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook.
We were within 5 minutes of Publix and Walmart.
My children spent many many hours in the wonderful pool!
The washer and dryer were great as large families create lots of laundry!
So many memories were made on this vacation thank you for a beautiful backdrop!
