- NO Smoking: Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted inside the property.
- NO Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises.
- NO Unregistered Guests: For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the property.
- DON'T Eat or Drink in Bedrooms: Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms to prevent any spills or stains.
- DON'T Rearrange Furniture: We ask that you refrain from rearranging the furniture to maintain the setup.
- DON'T Tamper with Security Cameras: Please avoid tampering with the security camera system.
- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.
- MUST Follow Trash Schedule: Please adhere to the posted trash bin schedule.
- MUST Contact Property Manager: Reach out to the Property Manager immediately if you have any concerns after check-in.
- MUST Allow Property Manager Access: The Property Manager may need access to validate cleaning or repair claims.
- MUST Show Respect: We value respect and do not tolerate rude behavior towards our hosts.

The house has a lot of space for big group. That’s nice that they have BBQ and sink right outside next to the pool.
Good location close to the beach. Host is really helpful, response really quick when you have questions. Recommended 👍 -
We had an excellent stay at this Vacation home rental for our company team retreat! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly what we needed. The backyard and pool area was great for our kids! We really enjoyed having many things for them today when we were there. The property manager was very responsive whenever we needed anything. We didn’t have towels when we arrived, and they had someone there within minutes. The inside is very spacious and has lots of bedrooms. Everything was nice and clean, and easy to use. The location is within 15 minutes of Clearwater Beach. The location of the house is right by a school, and is in an ok neighborhood. I would still recommend this property. We had a fun time!
