House Rules:
- NO Parties or Events: We strictly prohibit hosting parties or events during your stay. Any violation will result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.
- NO Illegal Substances: The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- NO Smoking: Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted inside the property.
- NO Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises.
- NO Unregistered Guests: For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the property.
- DON'T Eat or Drink in Bedrooms: Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms to prevent any spills or stains.
- DON'T Rearrange Furniture: We ask that you refrain from rearranging the furniture to maintain the setup.
- DON'T Tamper with Security Cameras: Please avoid tampering with the security camera system.
- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.
- MUST Follow Trash Schedule: Please adhere to the posted trash bin schedule.
- MUST Contact Property Manager: Reach out to the Property Manager immediately if you have any concerns after check-in.
- MUST Allow Property Manager Access: The Property Manager may need access to validate cleaning or repair claims.
- MUST Show Respect: We value respect and do not tolerate rude behavior towards our hosts.
