- DON'T Rearrange Furniture: We ask that you refrain from rearranging the furniture to maintain the setup.
- DON'T Tamper with Security Cameras: Please avoid tampering with the security camera system.
- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.
- MUST Follow Trash Schedule: Please adhere to the posted trash bin schedule.
- MUST Contact Property Manager: Reach out to the Property Manager immediately if you have any concerns after check-in.

This home was a wonderful getaway for our family with teenagers. Wonderful view, excellent fishing, all the necessary appliances and features, with an entertaining game room to play in and an infinity pool to relax in. We arrived good before a storm, and the owners were in communication checking in and ensuring our safety. Check in, communication, and overall experience was excellent for all.

Our vacation meant a lot more because of the nice accommodations of the rental. It was peaceful, so clean and nice. We had one little issue, but it was quickly resolved. We loved the pool and hot tub and view of the bay was spectacular. I would definitely consider visiting again.

I stay here regularly because the Host, Vivienne and her staff are hands down the best hosts on this entire app; in addition to the house being the best in town! If you get the chance to enjoy this beautiful home and exceptional hosts, I highly recommend it!
