- DON'T Eat or Drink in Bedrooms: Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms to prevent any spills or stains.
- DON'T Rearrange Furniture: We ask that you refrain from rearranging the furniture to maintain the setup.
- DON'T Tamper with Security Cameras: Please avoid tampering with the security camera system.
- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.
- MUST Follow Trash Schedule: Please adhere to the posted trash bin schedule.
- MUST Contact Property Manager: Reach out to the Property Manager immediately if you have any concerns after check-in.
- MUST Allow Property Manager Access: The Property Manager may need access to validate cleaning or repair claims.
- MUST Show Respect: We value respect and do not tolerate rude behavior towards our hosts.

We stayed here for a long weekend and loved our stay. The house is beautiful, was clean and had everything we needed. We used the pool quite a bit and my daughter loved the theater. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was as described. The kids enjoyed the pool so much (8-3). The house was super clean! And the movie theater a perfect way to end a busy day at the pool. Can’t wait to be back.

My husband and I loved our week long stay. We wanted a quiet, private and relaxing place for some much needed R&R and this place delivered in so many ways. The pool, the spa, the outdoor space, the theater room, the luxurious master bed and shower were all amazing. There were so many little extras that the property provided that we very much appreciated. We felt safe, secure and so comfortable. There were plenty of restaurants and stores close by so we never had to drive far to get things we needed. Clearwater Beach and Tampa were only a 20-25 drive away in either direction. Definitely will keep this on our list of places to stay when we’re in the Clearwater/Tampa area again. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home!!
