- DON'T Eat or Drink in Bedrooms: Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms to prevent any spills or stains.
- DON'T Rearrange Furniture: We ask that you refrain from rearranging the furniture to maintain the setup.
- DON'T Tamper with Security Cameras: Please avoid tampering with the security camera system.
- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.
- MUST Follow Trash Schedule: Please adhere to the posted trash bin schedule.
- MUST Contact Property Manager: Reach out to the Property Manager immediately if you have any concerns after check-in.
- MUST Allow Property Manager Access: The Property Manager may need access to validate cleaning or repair claims.

Our family loved the house. It was in a great location for our excursions and we had plenty of space. The house had everything we needed for our 10 day stay.

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space to spread out and relax! The pool was amazing and the perfect size. Loved the location, quiet neighborhood, 5 minute ride to the beach and close to all of of our favorite restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

our stay was very nice. The home was clean and accommodated our family of 6. The location was the only thing we would change. Not many places to eat or walk to, and the beaches were still a bit of a drive. We had a great week and the house was nice. We would just rather be closer to the water.
