- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.

This was truly a great find. The place was actually nicer than the pictures even showed. So roomy. Kitchen was excellently stocked . Beds were comfortable. Shot a few games of pool. Grilled in the yard. We were within easy driving of all our favorite places. Any questions or issues were quickly addressed by Vivian. Hope we can return.

Centrally located to Many amenities. Very quiet, private place. So much room for family of 4, could easily sleep 6 to 8. Host responds quickly to messages. 5 stars

It was a great experience to staying Vivian’s place in Largo, Florida. We are a family of 8, 4 adults and 4 kids, we rented Vivian’s place for a month. The place is clean and cozy. The Master bedroom is big, the second room is ok, and the kids’ bunk bedroom is a bit small for the two bunk beds but cozy enough, kids love it. The kitchen is prepared with enough tools and cookware. There is a second living room which is a plus, two additional sofa beds are extra, good for 4 kids if they have different bedtime schedules. The backyard is nice and good for relaxing with beer and BBQ. It is a corner house, so there is plenty of spaces in the backyard and parking lot. The gate for parking is absolutely a plus and great to have a sense of privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. since it is a circle, therefore no through traffic.
The location is great to my point and for our purpose of stay. less than 20 mins drive north to clearwater area and beaches, less than 10 mins drive to Indian Rocks Beach, less than 20 mins drive to famous Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, and pass-a-grille beach. We had separate 3 trips to Disney, within 1 hour and 30 mins. It is ideal for us to stay in Largo which is close to everyday need of beaches, and if need visits Disney, just drive there. within a reasonable distance. We also went to Anna Maria Island for a 1-hour drive. If you need a premium outlets mall, Ellenton Premium Outlets is just 50 min drive. The house is close enough to Tampa, so we drove there a few times, each time within 30 mins drive. There is plenty of grocery and drink stores within 10 mins drive of this place, very convenient. Overall, the location is ideal for us.
The hosts, Vivian, and Staff are nice, even though we did not communicate much as things are all prepared very well, and she answered a couple of my questions in a timely manner. We are quiet guests, and we keep things clean, and follow all rules on the check-in and out. So, I would say both hosts and guests are very happy with each other.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the FL clearwater, largo, and Tampa area and get as much beach time as possible.
