- DON'T Eat or Drink in Bedrooms: Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms to prevent any spills or stains.
- DON'T Rearrange Furniture: We ask that you refrain from rearranging the furniture to maintain the setup.
- DON'T Tamper with Security Cameras: Please avoid tampering with the security camera system.
- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.
- MUST Follow Trash Schedule: Please adhere to the posted trash bin schedule.

We enjoyed the property. Location was perfect. Close to the beaches, playgrounds, stores. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

The house was in a great location. Easy to access. Disappointed the pool wasn’t heated but it didn’t dampen our stay. The screened in porch was nice. There were small ants in the kitchen but there were traps and we made sure our food was put away. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure in shower was excellent. Enjoyed our stay

Perfect stay for four adults and two teenagers. The pool is lovely and the house is incredibly comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and all the basic amenities made it easy for us to spend five days here highly recommended!
