- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.

Stayed at my first Airbnb house in Pinellas County, and i loved it. The house was very beautiful peaceful and comfortable We were very happy with literally everything. It felt cozy and safe. And that to us is very important Especially when you travel and stay at a rental .
BTBR were very helpfully with all my questions They were friendly and accommodating. The house is clean and stocked with basic necessities. My favorite was the kitchen.
We hope to stay there again in future travels. -
We enjoyed our stay, the house is what it looks like in the photos. The kitchen, bathrooms, and pool were very clean. The beds were fairly comfortable and clean. The pool furniture is comfortable to hang out on. We would stay in this house again if it was available.
The washer and dryer were fairly new and very helpful since we used the pool and were there for several days. There are some floaties for the pool and toys for the beach in the garage if you have kids. They did provide a few extra beach towels for the pool as well.
We did find it strange that there are no trash cans in the restrooms and no extra blankets. We had to borrow from our family that lives nearby because we needed a blanket. If you’ll need an extra blanket, I would recommend asking in advance.
