- DON'T Eat or Drink in Bedrooms: Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms to prevent any spills or stains.
- DON'T Rearrange Furniture: We ask that you refrain from rearranging the furniture to maintain the setup.
- DON'T Tamper with Security Cameras: Please avoid tampering with the security camera system.
- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.
- MUST Follow Trash Schedule: Please adhere to the posted trash bin schedule.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our summer vacation in this home. The covered pool was wonderful, and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare several meals. The house has tile floors and is spacious. The waterfall showers and sink faucets were awesome! Each room has a spacious closet with additional storage by the entryway. One of our most memorable vacations! The host is professional & responsive!

Had a quick stay at this wonderful property. The place is very clean and well decorated. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities. The pool and covered patio is such a nice area for relaxation. It’s very centrally located with lots to do nearby. The beach is only a short drive away. There’re multiple restaurants close-by to grab a bite. The host is very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. Thank you for a pleasant experience!
