- NO Parties or Events: We strictly prohibit hosting parties or events during your stay. Any violation will result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.

- NO Smoking: Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted inside the property.
- NO Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises.
- NO Unregistered Guests: For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the property.
- DON'T Eat or Drink in Bedrooms: Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms to prevent any spills or stains.
- DON'T Rearrange Furniture: We ask that you refrain from rearranging the furniture to maintain the setup.
- DON'T Tamper with Security Cameras: Please avoid tampering with the security camera system.
- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.
- MUST Follow Trash Schedule: Please adhere to the posted trash bin schedule.
- MUST Contact Property Manager: Reach out to the Property Manager immediately if you have any concerns after check-in.
- MUST Allow Property Manager Access: The Property Manager may need access to validate cleaning or repair claims.
- MUST Show Respect: We value respect and do not tolerate rude behavior towards our hosts.

The property is very close to the beach- easy walk to the 8th St Access area. It was very clean and comfortable- we enjoyed our long weekend there!

Great host and beach house! A lot of kitchenware in the beautiful kitchen. We really enjoyed the beach (3-5 min walking). A little bit of noise during the night we didn’t get why, maybe because of AC. Other than that everything was good and nice!

This is was our 2nd time renting the Unit B cottage. The remodeling done is beautiful! Unit was so clean. The theme of the decor is spot on with IRB vibe. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking. Staying close to the beach is wonderful and convenient. Another amazing stay. Communication was excellent. We had no issues at all. Already discussing coming back next year.
