- DON'T Eat or Drink in Bedrooms: Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms to prevent any spills or stains.
- DON'T Rearrange Furniture: We ask that you refrain from rearranging the furniture to maintain the setup.
- DON'T Tamper with Security Cameras: Please avoid tampering with the security camera system.
- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.
- MUST Follow Trash Schedule: Please adhere to the posted trash bin schedule.
- MUST Contact Property Manager: Reach out to the Property Manager immediately if you have any concerns after check-in.
- MUST Allow Property Manager Access: The Property Manager may need access to validate cleaning or repair claims.
- MUST Show Respect: We value respect and do not tolerate rude behavior towards our hosts.

Beautiful place within walking distance to the beach and many places to eat and things to do. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and beach toys were all available for us to use during our stay. The main road is a bit loud but not enough to ruin our stay.

Loved the cottage…great location…everything was just as described. Properly was clean and had all we needed…super quick walk to the beach…LOVED that there were beach chairs and towels for use to use!! Several shops and restaurants were walking distance as well. Great stay!!

This was better than I expected for a last minute Memorial Day rental. VERY EASY to checkin which is always stressful when you have kids and are unloading a million things. Lots of towels which came in handy, maybe 100 steps from beach access, the house had everything you needed for a basic kitchen, it was clean and the beds comfy. The air works well, the place was constantly cool in a very hot season. It deserves the 5 stars I gave it.
