- NO Unregistered Guests: For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the property.
- DON'T Eat or Drink in Bedrooms: Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms to prevent any spills or stains.
- DON'T Rearrange Furniture: We ask that you refrain from rearranging the furniture to maintain the setup.
- DON'T Tamper with Security Cameras: Please avoid tampering with the security camera system.
- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.
- MUST Follow Trash Schedule: Please adhere to the posted trash bin schedule.
- MUST Contact Property Manager: Reach out to the Property Manager immediately if you have any concerns after check-in.
- MUST Allow Property Manager Access: The Property Manager may need access to validate cleaning or repair claims.
- MUST Show Respect: We value respect and do not tolerate rude behavior towards our hosts.

What a lovely place. Perfect for our family and teen for his graduation weekend. Very thought out home with so many perks. You’re going to love this place. The game room is huge, the decor is tasteful. The bathrooms are wonderful. The host let us be in peace. And for this I thank her.

Amazing two week stay with the family. They converted the garage into a spacious living space/game room which was lots of fun. Kitchen is modern with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dining area is great with lots of space for family gatherings. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy..the only thing I’d upgrade is backyard: there’s so much space there which isn’t quite organized yet. This home is perfect for a family gateway! Will definitely book again in the future. Thank you

This house was way bigger than I imagined. It’s in an excellent neighborhood that is central to the St. Pete area. There is plenty of space to accommodate everyone. A truly beautiful place that feels like home!
