- DON'T Tamper with Security Cameras: Please avoid tampering with the security camera system.
- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.
- MUST Follow Trash Schedule: Please adhere to the posted trash bin schedule.
- MUST Contact Property Manager: Reach out to the Property Manager immediately if you have any concerns after check-in.

My wife and I came down for Baseball Spring training for a week. The home is very nice and clean. Exactly as described, however, there is now a large hot tub in the backyard that we used. Was nice! Yes, as other reviewers have said it’s near a main street where you can hear traffic if you are using the backyard. We were able to sleep every night. Responsive host. 20 minutes to the St. Petersburg Beach, 30 minutes to Clearwater, 20 minutes to Dunedin (Toronto Blue Jays) and 30 minutes to Bradenton (Pittsburgh Pirates). Nice central location. Would definitely rent this place again if in the future!

We had a very comfortable stay during the most hectic time of our lives. An amazing beautiful place with everything you need for your daily essential.
It is a Quiet street even with a main road nearby. 2 comfortable rooms, and three beds, ideal for a dad, mom and 2 kids. Big backyard with a grill and hot tub, nice porch to sit and rewind for the day. And a wonderful and responsive host Vivian.
