- DON'T Rearrange Furniture: We ask that you refrain from rearranging the furniture to maintain the setup.
- DON'T Tamper with Security Cameras: Please avoid tampering with the security camera system.
- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.
- MUST Follow Trash Schedule: Please adhere to the posted trash bin schedule.
- MUST Contact Property Manager: Reach out to the Property Manager immediately if you have any concerns after check-in.
- MUST Allow Property Manager Access: The Property Manager may need access to validate cleaning or repair claims.

My recent stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! From the moment my family and I arrived, I was greeted with hospitality.The host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay.He came out personally to take care of a small issue we had with no problem.
One of the highlights was the stunning view from the balcony, which provided a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location was ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. -
Great location, really close to the golf course and centrally located for easy access to either the beach or downtown. We really enjoyed the amount of space, the cleanliness of the house, and had a great time in the pool.

We enjoyed our stay. There was nowhere to store our clothes so we had to luggage dive which wasn’t super fun. It would have been nice to have bigger pans. Other than that we had a great time!
