- DON'T Rearrange Furniture: We ask that you refrain from rearranging the furniture to maintain the setup.
- DON'T Tamper with Security Cameras: Please avoid tampering with the security camera system.
- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.
- MUST Follow Trash Schedule: Please adhere to the posted trash bin schedule.

We stayed Wednesday-Sunday. 9 people total. 4 adults 5 kids. Plenty of room. We enjoyed using the pool, boat lift, dock and house was very clean and tidy. We will be back! Thanks for having us!

We had a lovely stay here! The place was clean and the backyard is beautiful. We had great sunsets looking over the water and enjoyed the pool. Walking distance to publix and a short drive to many great restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this airbnb 🙂

The host was very responsive. The house was clean, well-appointed and beautiful. Also, the pool was very nice. The location is good. There were several good restaurants nearby.
