- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.

House amenities were great. Close proximity to Phillies Spring Training, beaches and some great places to eat.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Clearwater Beach, Florida was fantastic. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the screened-in pool, and the fully equipped kitchen. The entertainment system was great for movie nights, and we appreciated the overall comfort and convenience of the home. We were impressed by the cleanliness and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this Airbnb for a wonderful stay in Clearwater Beach. 5 stars!

Can’t say enough kind words about this place. A very private home located in a nice peaceful neighborhood. I brought the kids down and we had a blast! We were very close to all the beaches and were able to enjoy the privacy of the backyard pool. The house is clean and spacious and there are lots of good eateries and restaurants.
