- NO Unregistered Guests: For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the property.
- DON'T Eat or Drink in Bedrooms: Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms to prevent any spills or stains.
- DON'T Rearrange Furniture: We ask that you refrain from rearranging the furniture to maintain the setup.
- DON'T Tamper with Security Cameras: Please avoid tampering with the security camera system.
- DON'T take our towels & bed linens. Replacement cost will be applied after checkout walkthrough.
- DO Keep Noise Down: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Any complaints involving law enforcement may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Rental agreements will be terminated after the second noise violation, and no refunds will be issued.
- DO Take Care of Furnishings: Please treat the furnishings with care, as the security deposit may not cover extensive damages.
- DO Clean Up Dishes: Kindly clean up your dishes before departure.
- MUST Follow Trash Schedule: Please adhere to the posted trash bin schedule.
- MUST Contact Property Manager: Reach out to the Property Manager immediately if you have any concerns after check-in.
- MUST Allow Property Manager Access: The Property Manager may need access to validate cleaning or repair claims.
- MUST Show Respect: We value respect and do not tolerate rude behavior towards our hosts.

Viven and her team put together a great rental property. Myself and each guest was wow’d by how open and spacious the place was – plus how clean and beautiful it was! We were all able to hang out together in many different spaces of the property! Plus, the location is great for beach days and for a quick run to the store whether to be Publix, Target or Walmart! Thanks for a great stay.

The pictures on the website weren able to capture the size of rooms, the beauty of the decor nor the amenities that were available. It was located in a quiet neighborhood that was minutes from the beach, restaurants shopping and grocery stores. More importantly it was very clean.

We traveled from Colorado to Florida for a family vacation and were excited to enjoy a beautiful spacious home. From arrival to departure we had a great experience. There was terrific communication with the owner, and she took care of things immediately. Upon arrival, no Keurig was present in the home, and she had one delivered the next day. The home is very spacious and extremely clean with everything you may need. The pool was a nice treat but very deep. We would book this home again in the future. Our family made great memories at this lovely home!
